This evening at Valentino, I, Luca Magnani, together with Enrico Fusi and Angelo Barletta of Ristorante Fuba in Rimini, and pastry chef Alessandro Bertuzzi, Italian Pastry Champion, join forces for a six-hands journey across different times, visions and sensibilities.

We do not come from the same school, nor do we belong to the same generation, but we share the same attitude: that of those who built their foundations in hospitality school and then shaped them into their own contemporary identity. SHIFT is the story of this generational passage. A continuous dialogue between Ravenna, Rimini and Imola, where Romagna's ingredients move, transform and take unexpected forms.
