The programme
4:00 pm | Welcome in the dining room
A private welcome, the official kitchen kit and an introduction to the day’s menu over a welcome glass.
4:15 pm | Hands on
Into the kitchen. You take part in the preparations beside the Chef, in the real rhythm and energy that precede evening service.
6:30 pm | The tasting
You sit down to taste the dishes made during the workshop, with a wine pairing guided by our dining room.
7:30 pm | Close and keepsake
A certificate of participation and a recipe booklet signed by Chef Luca Magnani.
